Overview

Brandgineer uses a Budget-based system to provide flexible, scalable access to AI-powered creative production. Each subscription plan includes a fixed monthly budget that can be used across any supported asset type.

1. How Budget Works

  • Each deliverable is assigned a budget value based on complexity and production effort
  • Simpler assets (e.g., social posts, banners) use less budget
  • More complex assets (e.g., lifestyle visuals, video editing) use more budget
  • Budget can be allocated across any supported asset types within your plan

2. Monthly Budget Allocation

  • Budget is issued monthly based on your active subscription plan
  • Budget resets at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • New budget is added regardless of prior usage

3. Rollover Policy

  • Unused budget rolls over for three additional billing cycle (90 days)
  • Maximum rollover is capped at 100% of your monthly budget allocation
  • Rolled-over budget must be used within the following 3 months or it will expire

Example:
If your plan includes $500/month and you use $300, the remaining $200 rolls over to the next 3 months. If unused in that period, it expires.

4. Budget Expiration

  • Budget expires after the rollover period (maximum 3 months total lifespan from the month rollover started)
  • Expired budget cannot be reinstated or refunded
  • Rollover budget is only valid on active subscriptions — if a subscription is paused or canceled, all unused budget including rollover expires immediately

5. Additional Budget

  • Clients may purchase additional budget if their monthly allocation is exceeded
  • Additional budget is billed separately and must be used within the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed

6. Revisions and Iterations

  • Revisions are included within the budget cost of each asset, based on plan tier
  • Additional revisions beyond the included scope may require extra budget

7. Turnaround Time and Queue

  • Work is delivered based on your plan’s priority level and current production queue
  • Higher-tier plans receive faster turnaround and priority scheduling

8. Scope and Fair Use

  • Budget is designed to balance flexibility with consistent production capacity
  • Extremely large or complex requests may require custom scoping or additional budget

9. Policy Updates

Brandgineer reserves the right to update this policy to improve service quality. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Budget system work?

Each plan includes a fixed monthly budget that you can spend across any supported asset type. Different assets use different amounts of budget depending on complexity — simpler assets cost less, more advanced deliverables cost more. This gives you the flexibility to allocate production however best fits your needs each month.

What counts as one asset?

An asset is a single creative output, such as an image, ad variation, or short video. More complex deliverables — like lifestyle visuals, video edits, or landing page sections — use more of your budget due to higher production effort.

How many assets can I produce each month?

It depends on how you allocate your budget. You can produce a higher volume of simpler assets, or fewer, more complex creatives. The choice is yours each month.

Can I mix different types of creative in one plan?

Yes. Your budget is flexible and can be spent across any combination of asset types, including product visuals, ad creatives, social content, email assets, and more.

What happens if I run out of budget?

You can purchase additional budget or upgrade your plan to scale production without interruption.

Does unused budget roll over to the next month?

Yes. Up to 100% of your unused monthly budget rolls over automatically. Rolled-over budget is valid for up to 3 months total, starting from the month that rollover started — any budget that remains unused after that period expires. Rollover is only available on active subscriptions.

How fast is turnaround time?

Most assets are delivered within 2–5 business days depending on complexity. Higher-tier plans receive priority turnaround and faster iteration cycles.

How many revisions are included?

Each plan includes a set number of revision cycles. Higher-tier plans allow for more iterations and continuous optimization.

Is this better than using AI tools on my own?

AI tools generate outputs, but require expertise to guide them. We combine AI with human strategy, creative direction, and quality control to deliver assets that are aligned with your brand and optimized for performance.

How is this different from design subscription services?

Traditional design subscriptions focus on volume. Our approach focuses on performance — producing creative designed to test, iterate, and improve results, not just fill requests.

What types of creative perform best?

Performance depends on your audience and channel. We help you test multiple variations and identify what drives the best engagement, conversion, and return on ad spend.

Do you help with creative strategy or just execution?

Both. Each plan includes creative direction and guidance to ensure your assets are aligned with performance goals, not just design output.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. We align all creative outputs with your existing brand identity, and can also help refine your visual and messaging system if needed.

What industries do you typically work with?

We work with a range of industries including e-commerce, SaaS, and service-based businesses — especially those that rely on digital channels for growth.

How do you measure success in creative production?

We measure success through engagement rates, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and the performance of creative variations. The goal is continuous improvement, not just output volume.
