Ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch n\u00e0y ch\u1ec9 \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng cho c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ed9c l\u1eadp, bao g\u1ed3m c\u1ed9ng t\u00e1c vi\u00ean t\u1ef1 do, nh\u1eefng ng\u01b0\u1eddi gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u th\u01b0\u01a1ng hi\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ebfn Brandgineer \u0111\u1ec3 nh\u1eadn hoa h\u1ed3ng tr\u00ean c\u00e1c h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ed1t. Ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch n\u00e0y kh\u00f4ng \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng cho agency, \u0111\u1ed1i t\u00e1c doanh nghi\u1ec7p hay c\u00e1c th\u1ecfa thu\u1eadn white-label \/ \u0111\u1ea1i l\u00fd b\u00e1n l\u1ea1i.<\/p>\n

Scope of Work<\/h3>\n

The referral partner’s only responsibility is to introduce the qualified brand to Brandgineer. Brandgineer handles all sales, contracting, and delivery activities from that point forward. If Brandgineer closes the deal, the partner earns the commission set out in Section 3.<\/p>\n

3. C\u01a1 ch\u1ebf hoa h\u1ed3ng<\/h3>\n

Hoa h\u1ed3ng gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng khi Brandgineer tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp ch\u1ed1t h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng do \u0111\u1ed1i t\u00e1c gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u mang v\u1ec1. M\u1ee9c hoa h\u1ed3ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u1ea5n \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ed1 \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u00e0 10.000.000 VND (M\u01b0\u1eddi tri\u1ec7u Vi\u1ec7t nam \u0110\u1ed3ng) cho m\u1ed7i h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng ch\u1ed1t th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng, kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c v\u00e0o gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng.<\/p>\n

3.1 Ph\u1ea1m vi c\u00f4ng vi\u1ec7c c\u1ee7a \u0111\u1ed1i t\u00e1c<\/h3>\n

\u0110\u1ed1i t\u00e1c gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u ch\u1ec9 c\u1ea7n th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n vi\u1ec7c gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u v\u00e0 k\u1ebft n\u1ed1i th\u01b0\u01a1ng hi\u1ec7u v\u1edbi Brandgineer. To\u00e0n b\u1ed9 c\u00e1c b\u01b0\u1edbc ti\u1ebfp theo nh\u01b0 t\u01b0 v\u1ea5n, \u0111\u1ec1 xu\u1ea5t gi\u1ea3i ph\u00e1p, \u0111\u00e0m ph\u00e1n, k\u00fd k\u1ebft v\u00e0 tri\u1ec3n khai, do Brandgineer tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n. N\u1ebfu Brandgineer ch\u1ed1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng, \u0111\u1ed1i t\u00e1c s\u1ebd nh\u1eadn hoa h\u1ed3ng theo ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch n\u00e0y.<\/p>\n
