Overview<\/h3>\n

Brandgineer uses a Budget-based system to provide flexible, scalable access to AI-powered creative\n production. Each subscription plan includes a fixed monthly budget that can be used across any supported\n asset type.<\/p>\n\n

1. How Budget Works<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Each deliverable is assigned a budget value based on complexity and production effort<\/li>\n
  • Simpler assets (e.g., social posts, banners) use less budget<\/li>\n
  • More complex assets (e.g., lifestyle visuals, video editing) use more budget<\/li>\n
  • Budget can be allocated across any supported asset types within your plan<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

    2. Monthly Budget Allocation<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Budget is issued monthly based on your active subscription plan<\/li>\n
    • Budget resets at the beginning of each billing cycle<\/li>\n
    • New budget is added regardless of prior usage<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

      3. Rollover Policy<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Unused budget rolls over for three additional billing cycle (90 days)<\/li>\n
      • Maximum rollover is capped at 100% of your monthly budget allocation<\/li>\n
      • Rolled-over budget must be used within the following 3 months or it will expire<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

        Example:<\/strong>
        \n If your plan includes $500\/month and you use $300, the remaining $200 rolls over to the next 3 months. If\n unused in that period, it expires.<\/p>\n\n

        4. Budget Expiration<\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Budget expires after the rollover period (maximum 3 months total lifespan from the month rollover\n started)<\/li>\n
        • Expired budget cannot be reinstated or refunded<\/li>\n
        • Rollover budget is only valid on active subscriptions \u2014 if a subscription is paused or canceled, all\n unused budget including rollover expires immediately<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

          5. Additional Budget<\/h4>\n

          • Clients may purchase additional budget if their monthly allocation is exceeded<\/li>\n
          • Additional budget is billed separately and must be used within the current billing cycle unless\n otherwise agreed<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

            6. Revisions and Iterations<\/h4>\n
              \n
            • Revisions are included within the budget cost of each asset, based on plan tier<\/li>\n
            • Additional revisions beyond the included scope may require extra budget<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

              7. Turnaround Time and Queue<\/h4>\n
                \n
              • Work is delivered based on your plan’s priority level and current production queue<\/li>\n
              • Higher-tier plans receive faster turnaround and priority scheduling<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                8. Scope and Fair Use<\/h4>\n
                  \n
                • Budget is designed to balance flexibility with consistent production capacity<\/li>\n
                • Extremely large or complex requests may require custom scoping or additional budget<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                  9. Policy Updates<\/h4>\n
